Follow Refund Policy

This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which Follow.ng processes refunds for services purchased through our platform. By using our services, you agree to this policy.

 

1. General Refund Principle

All deposits made to your Follow account wallet are final and non-refundable outside the platform. Once a deposit is made, it can only be used to purchase services on Follow. We do not offer cash refunds, bank transfers, or refunds to external payment methods (e.g., credit card, PayPal, etc.) after a deposit has been successfully processed.

 

2. Refunds for Failed or Partial Orders

2.1. Wallet Credit Only

If an order fails to start, is partially completed, or is cancelled by our system due to technical issues, the corresponding amount for the unfulfilled portion of the order will be automatically credited back to your Follow in-app wallet balance.

 

2.2. Order Failure Conditions

A refund to your wallet will be issued if:

       The order is marked as "Cancelled" by the system.

       The order is marked as "Partial," and the difference between the ordered quantity and the delivered quantity is credited.

       The link provided for the service is invalid or the account is private, and the order cannot be processed.

 

2.3. No External Refunds

Under no circumstances will Follow process a refund back to your original payment source (e.g., bank account, card, or crypto wallet) after a deposit has been made. Your deposited funds remain available for use within the Follow platform.

 

3. Disputes and Chargebacks

3.1. Prohibition of Chargebacks

Filing a dispute or chargeback against any deposit made to Follow.ng will result in the immediate and permanent suspension of your account. Any services or funds remaining in the account will be forfeited.

 

3.2. Resolution

If you encounter an issue with a payment or service, you must first contact our support team via the ticketing system or email ([email protected]) to seek a resolution. We are committed to resolving all issues fairly and promptly by crediting your in-app wallet balance where applicable.

 

4. Service Drops and Refills

4.1. Guaranteed Services

For services explicitly marked as "Guaranteed" or "Refill," we will automatically or manually refill any drops in quantity (e.g., followers, likes) within the specified guarantee period. This is a service guarantee, not a refund.

 

4.2. Non-Guaranteed Services

For services not marked as "Guaranteed," drops are a natural occurrence on social media platforms, and Follow is not responsible for refilling or refunding these drops.

 

5. Policy Changes

Follow reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. All changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the website. Your continued use of the Service constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
