Follow Terms and Conditions of Service

Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Terms and Conditions") carefully before using the Follow.ng website (the "Service") operated by Follow ("us", "we", or "our").

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.

1. Service Description

Follow operates as a Social Media Marketing (SMM) panel, providing services such as followers, likes, views, and other engagement metrics for various social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook).

2. User Obligations

2.1. Account Registration

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.

2.2. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You must not violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws). You agree not to use the Service to promote content that is hateful, abusive, threatening, or discriminatory.

2.3. Service Limitations

•       Follow does not guarantee that the followers, likes, or views purchased will be permanent. While we strive for high retention, drops may occur, and our Refund Policy governs any compensation.

•       We do not guarantee the delivery time for any service. We provide an estimated delivery time, but this is not a guarantee and may vary based on platform updates and service load.

•       You understand that using SMM services may violate the terms of service of the respective social media platforms. You use our Service at your own risk, and Follow.ng shall not be held responsible for any account suspension or deletion by third-party platforms.

3. Payment and Refund Policy

3.1. Payments

All payments are processed securely through our designated payment gateways in Nigerian Naira (NGN). By making a deposit, you agree that you clearly understand and agree to what you are purchasing and will not file a fraudulent dispute or chargeback.

3.2. Refund Policy

All deposits are non-refundable outside the Follow platform. Refunds for failed or partially completed orders will be credited back to your Follow in-app wallet balance only. Please refer to our separate Refund Policy for full details.

4. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Follow.ng and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Follow.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Follow, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

7. Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
